7 In section 85 (guidance)—

(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) in paragraph (a) after “functions of” insert “governance and”;

(ii) in paragraph (b) for “audit” substitute “such”;

(b) in subsection (2), after “and its” insert “governance and”.
