443.Mae Rhan 2 o Atodlen 9 yn diwygio Deddf Trafnidiaeth (Cymru) 2006 er mwyn diddymu pwerau Gweinidogion Cymru i sefydlu cyd-awdurdodau trafnidiaeth. Yn lle hynny, bydd Gweinidogion Cymru yn gallu defnyddio’r pwerau yn adran 72 (gyda chydsyniad prif gynghorau) neu adran 74 (heb gydsyniad cynghorau) i sefydlu cyd-bwyllgor corfforedig er mwyn arfer swyddogaeth prif gyngor sy’n ymwneud â thrafnidiaeth.

444.Mae paragraff 50 yn gwneud diwygiad canlyniadol i Atodlen 11 i Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 2006.
