(1)Mae person sy’n weithredwr syrcas deithiol yn cyflawni trosedd os yw’r person yn defnyddio anifail gwyllt yn y syrcas deithiol yng Nghymru, neu’n peri neu’n caniatáu i berson arall wneud hynny.
(2)At ddiben yr adran hon, mae anifail gwyllt yn cael ei ddefnyddio os yw’r anifail—
(a)yn perfformio, neu
(b)yn cael ei arddangos.
(3)Mae person sy’n euog o drosedd o dan is-adran (1) yn agored ar euogfarn ddiannod i ddirwy.
