Power to enter premises other than dwellings

An inspector may enter any premises if the inspector has reasonable grounds for suspecting that—

a

an offence under section 1 is being, has been or is about to be committed on the premises, or

b

evidence an offence under section 1 is being, has been or is about to be committed may be found on the premises.

But this does not apply in relation to premises used wholly or mainly as a dwelling.
