(1)Sections 115A to 115C apply to any publicity expressly or impliedly authorised by any statutory provision, including sections 107 to 110 and [F2section 37 of the Local Government Finance Act (Northern Ireland) 2011].
(2)Nothing in sections 115A to 115C shall be construed as applying to anything done by a council in the discharge of its duties under sections 23 to 27.]
