Officers

The Department shall appoint—

a

a secretary; and

b

such other officers to assist a Commissioner as the Department, with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel, may determine.

The terms and conditions of any appointment under this paragraph shall be such as may be determined by the Department, with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel.
