SCHEDULE 3 N.I. THE STAFF COMMISSION

N.I. Expenses

8 N.I. Any sum which is payable by a council [F1 or, as the case may be, by the Executive] to the Staff Commission under paragraph 7 [F1 or paragraph 7A] shall be a debt recoverable from the council [F1 or the Executive] by the Staff Commission.
