(1)A person guilty of an offence under section 1 or section 2 shall be liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to a fine not exceeding[F1 level 4 on the standard scale] or to bothF1. . . .
(2)A person guilty of an offence under section 5 shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding[F1 level 3 on the standard scale].
