7N.I.A pension payable by the Ministry of Health and Social Services in pursuance of regulations made under section 67 of, and Schedule 8 to, the Health Services Act (Northern Ireland) 1971 [1971 c.1] , or a pension payable by that Ministry under section 24 of, or in pursuance of regulations made under section 61 of, the Health Services Act (Northern Ireland) 1948 [1948 c.3] [F1 or in pursuance of regulations made under Article 12 of the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 [1972 NI 10] ].
