5Application of sections 1 and 4.N.I.
Sections 1 and 4 shall—
(a)not apply to any deed or conveyance executed before 26th March 1708;
(b)in relation to documents affecting land registered or deemed to be registered under the Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 [1970 c.18] , be subject to the provisions of sections 72 and 73 of that Act;
(c)not apply to any lease for years not exceeding twenty-one years where the actual possession goes with the lease.
