9 Interpretation, etc. N.I.

(1) In this Act—

• Definition rep. by SRO (NI) 1973/23

• “the Ministry” means the Ministry of Agriculture;

• Definitions rep. by SRO (NI) 1973/23

• “the principal Act” means the Marketing of Eggs Act (Northern Ireland) 1957 [1957 c.27] ;

• Definition rep. by SRO (NI) 1973/23

Subs.(2) rep. by SRO (NI) 1973/23

(3) Any expression used in this Act and in the principal Act has the same meaning in this Act as in the principal Act.
