6 Short title and citation. N.I.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Public Expenditure and Receipts Act (Northern Ireland) 1968.

(2) This Act, so far as it relates to the subject matter of the following Acts respectively,—

Para. (a) rep. by 1973 c. 38; para. (b) rep. by 1971 c. 20 (NI)

(c) may be cited together with the Civil Defence Acts (Northern Ireland) 1938 to 1950 as the Civil Defence Acts (Northern Ireland) 1938 to 1968.
