Nothing in this Act shall affect any other statutory provision requiring the payment of the costs of the prosecution or defence, or of an appeal, in respect of any offence, out of any assets, moneys or fund, or by any person other than the F1Director of Public Prosecutions or the prosecutor, defendant, appellant or respondent, as the case may be.
