38 Fees under section 20 of the Petroleum (Consolidation) Act (Northern Ireland) 1929. N.I.

(1) Subject to subsection (2), such fees shall be payable under section 20 of the Petroleum (Consolidation) Act (Northern Ireland) 1929 M1 in respect of tests of apparatus under that section as the MinistryF1 , with the approval of the Ministry of Finance, may determine; and accordingly … residue amends s.20 of, and sch.2 to, 1929 c.13 (NI)
