Road service licences
F17AConditions as to matters required to be notified
(1)
On granting a F2bus operator's licence, the Department shall attach to it the following conditions, namely‐
(a)
a condition requiring the holder of the licence to inform the Department of any event which could affect the fulfilment by the holder of the licence of any of the requirements of section 6A, and to do so within 28 days of the event; and
(b)
a condition requiring the holder of the licence to inform the Department of any event which could affect the fulfilment by a F3... transport manager of the requirements mentioned in section F4section 6A(1)(b) or (d) , and to do so within 28 days of the event coming to the knowledge of the holder of the licence.

Any person who contravenes any conditions attached under this section to a licence of which he is the holder is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale.
