10Annual report.N.I.
(1)The Commission shall make an annual report to the Minister on their functions during the year preceding the date of the report, and the Minister shall lay a copy of that report before Parliament.

(3)The Commission shall, on payment of such sum not exceeding [F1 25p] as they may in that behalf determine, send a copy of any annual report made under subsection (1) to any person who requests a copy thereof.
