123AF1Power to apply this Part to other species of fish.

The Department may by order provide that this Part shall apply, subject to such modifications and exceptions as may be specified in the order, to any species of freshwater fish so specified.

In subsection (1) “modifications” includes additions, omissions and amendments.

An order made under subsection (1) shall be subject to negative resolution.
