N.I. Other provisions

123 Penalties for offences under Part VII. N.I.

Any person guilty of an offence under any provision of this Part (other than [F1 section 110(6)]) shall be liable—

F2 [(a) on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £500 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such fine and such imprisonment;

(b) (except for an offence under section 120 or 122) on conviction on indictment to[F3 an unlimited fine] or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both such fine and such imprisonment.]
