N.I. Licences for the sale of salmon, trout and eels

119 Temporary continuance of licence on death. N.I.

Where the holder of a dealer's licence dies, the licence shall, unless forfeited under section 200, enure for the benefit of his personal representative or his[F1 surviving spouse or civil partner] or any other member of his family until the expiration of two months from his death or such longer period as [F2 the Department] may allow.
