119Temporary continuance of licence on death.
Where the holder of a dealer's licence dies, the licence shall, unless forfeited under section 200, enure for the benefit of his personal representative or hisF1 surviving spouse or civil partner or any other member of his family until the expiration of two months from his death or such longer period as F2the Department may allow.
