The Ministry may appoint officers and servants to assist the Lands Tribunal in the due performance of its functions.

There shall be paid to persons appointed under this section such remuneration and to, or in respect of the service of, persons so appointed such allowances and gratuities by way of superannuation, as the Ministry may determine.
