13Power to make regulations.(1)

The Ministry may make regulations prescribing—

(a)

the manner in which and the persons by whom applications for licences under this Act may be made;

(b)

the fees to be paid on any such application;

(c)

conditions as to the extent and shape of areas in respect of which licences may be granted under this Act and as to the siting and placing of bore-holes and petroleum wells;

(d)

model clauses which the Ministry may incorporate (directly or by reference) in any licence under this Act;

(e)

any other matter which under this Act may be prescribed.

(2)

Regulations made under this Act shall be subject to negative resolution.

(3)

The Public Offices Fees Act 1879 shall not apply to any prescribed fees.
