F1[(1)Any person who wilfully obstructs or impedes a person authorised as mentioned in paragraph ( a) of section 7(2) in the exercise of his powers under a provision of a scheme made in pursuance of that paragraph shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding £200.]
(2)Any producer from whom any information is required by a board in the exercise of their powers under a provision of a scheme made in pursuance of section 7(2)( b) and who fails to comply with the requirement or knowingly makes any false statement in reply thereto, [F2 shall be guilty of an offence and] shall for each offence be liable on conviction to [F1 a fine not exceeding £200].
