5 N.I. Paragraph ( b) of sub-section (5) of section 349 of the Companies Act (Northern Ireland) 1960 [1960 c.22] shall not apply, and paragraph ( c) of that subsection shall apply as if the words “or any member thereof as such” were omitted.
