55 Duty on and licences for carriages, etc., used at elections. N.I.

No person shall be liable to pay any duty or take out a licence for any carriage or other vehicle by reason only of such carriage or other vehicle being used without payment or promise of payment for the conveyance of electors to or from the poll at any election[F1 other than a local election].
