PART VI N.I. THE ELECTION CAMPAIGN

45 Claim by election agent at an election. N.I.

So far as circumstances admit, this Act shall apply to a claim for his remuneration by an election agent at [F1 an election] and to the payment thereof in like manner as if he were any other creditor, and if any difference arises respecting the amount of the claim, the claim shall be a disputed claim within the meaning of this Act and be dealt with accordingly.
