109Penalty for illegal practices.N.I.
A person guilty of an illegal practice shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred pounds.[F1 In respect of an illegal practice at a local election this section shall have effect as if for the words one hundred pounds there were substituted level 5 on the standard scale.]
