PART XELECTORAL MISDEMEANOURS
103Electoral misdemeanours.
(1)
A person who contravenes any provision of this Act shall except where the contrary intention appears be guilty of an electoral misdemeanour.
(2)
The electoral misdemeanours specified—
(a)
in Part I of the Ninth Schedule shall be corrupt practices;
(b)
in Part II of the Ninth Schedule shall be illegal practices;
(c)
in Part III of the Ninth Schedule shall be electoral offences.
