5 Liability of carriers. N.I.

Any carrier who accepts or carries any meat which is being, or intended to be, [F2 out of Northern Ireland]…F3 , sent and which is not accompanied by the prescribed certificate or prescribed indication as to the sender's identity, or by a permit relating to such meat granted under section four, shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
