The Ministry may make regulations prescribing anything which under this Act is to or may be prescribed and anything necessary or expedient for giving full effect to the provisions of this Act.

Regulations made under this Act shall, so far as they relate to matters which may be dealt with by regulations made under theF1 Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991, be made with the concurrence of the Ministry of Health and Local GovernmentF2.

All regulations made under this Act other than regulations under sub-section (3) of section nine shall be subject to negative resolution.
