21 Financial provisions. N.I.

(1) All sums payable under this Act shall be [F1 charged on and paid out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom].

(2) Any refund of a lump sum or any part thereof shall be paid into the [F1 Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom].
