(1)Every person who contravenes section seven shall be guilty of an offence and be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding[F1 level 2 on the standard scale].
(2)Every person who contravenes section nine shall be guilty of an offence and be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding[F1 level 3 on the standard scale].
