SchemeOrderModification of Scheme
The Armagh Church Schools.Order of the Hon. Mr. Justice Megaw dated the 13th November, 1934. Record No. 1933/166.

For paragraph 32 substitute the following paragraph:— “32. This scheme may from time to time be altered by the Ministry of Finance upon an application specifying the general nature of the alterations required being made by the Governors by way of a resolution passed at a meeting summoned for the purpose, at which not less than four Governors shall be present, or upon an application specifying the general nature of the alterations required being made by the Diocesan Council, provided that no alteration shall be made contrary to anything contained in the Educational Endowments (Ireland) Act, 1885.”

The Cabragh School and McCreight Endowment.Order of the Hon. Mr. Justice Megaw dated the 2nd May, 1935. Record No. 1933/74.

For paragraph 12 substitute the following paragraph:— “12. This scheme may from time to time be altered by the Ministry of Finance upon an application specifying the general nature of the alterations required being made by the Diocesan Council of the Diocese of Armagh, or the Committee, provided that no alteration shall be made contrary to anything contained in the Educational Endowments (Ireland) Act, 1885.”

The Edenderry Nursery School. Ladies Industrial School Trust.Order of The Hon. Mr. Justice Megaw dated the 6th July, 1937. Record No. 1937/71.
The Anahilt Endowed School.Order of The Hon. Mr. Justice Megaw dated the 7th June, 1943. Record No. 1943/843.

For paragraph 13 substitute the following paragraph:— “13. This scheme may from time to time be altered by the Ministry of Finance upon an application specifying the general nature of the alterations required being made by the Committee of Management or jointly by the Diocesan Council of the Diocese of Dromore, and the Presbytery of Dromore in connection with the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, provided that no alteration shall be made contrary to anything contained in the Educational Endowments (Ireland) Act, 1885.”

The Laurel Hill School, Killowen.Order of The Hon. Mr. Justice Black dated the 27th November, 1944. Record No. 1938/87.

For paragraph 7 substitute the following paragraph:— “7. This scheme may from time to time be altered by the Ministry of Finance upon an application specifying the general nature of the alterations required being made by the Londonderry County Education Committee, the Manager or the Borough Council of Coleraine, provided that no alteration shall be made contrary to anything contained in the Educational Endowments (Ireland) Act, 1885.”

Ladies Industrial School Trust (Edenderry Nursery School).Order of The Hon. Mr. Justice Black dated the 17th July, 1945. Record No. 1945/48.

For paragraph 26 substitute the following paragraph:— “26. This scheme may from time to time be altered by the Ministry of Finance upon an application specifying the general nature of the alterations required being made by the Education Authority, provided that no alteration shall be made contrary to anything contained in the Educational Endowments (Ireland) Act, 1885.”
