27 Short title, citation and commencement. N.I.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Public Health and Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland), 1955.

(2) Sections one to three, and so much of sections twenty-five to twenty-seven and the Schedule as relates to those sections, and t Supplies and Sewerage Acts (Northern Ireland), 1945 and 1949, may be cited together as the Water and Sewerage Acts (Northern Ireland), 1945 to 1955.

(3) Sections one to seven, and so much of sections twenty-five to twenty-seven and the Schedule as relates to those sections, and the Public Health Acts (Northern Ireland), 1878 to 1949, may be cited together as the Public Health Acts (Northern Ireland), 1878 to 1955.

(4) Sections eight to eighteen, and so much of sections twenty-five to twenty-seven and the Schedule as relates to those sections, the Act of 1946 and the Local Governments Act (Northern Ireland), 1898 to 1948, may be cited together as the Local Government Acts (Northern Ireland), 1898 to 1955.
