14Interpretation.N.I.
(1)Any reference in this Act to words shall be construed as including a reference to pictures, visual images, gestures and other methods of signifying meaning.
(2)[F1In this Act "broadcasting by means of wireless telegraphy" means publication for general reception by means of wireless telegraphy within the meaning of the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1949[1949 c.54] , and "broadcast by means of wireless telegraphy" shall be construed accordingly.]
