A trustee who communicates in writing to the trustees his wish to resign, or who shall not attend a meeting of the new trustees during a consecutive period of one year, or who ceases to reside in Northern Ireland, or who is adjudicated a bankrupt or becomes incapable of acting shall cease to be a trustee.
