Withdrawal of appeal

The appellant may withdraw his appeal only with the permission of the Appeals Board.

Where the Appeals Board gives permission under sub-paragraph (1) it may—

a

do so on such terms as it thinks fit;

b

notify such parties to the appeal as the Board thinks fit in such manner as it thinks fit; and

c

publish notice of the withdrawal in such manner as the Board thinks fit.
