Exemption from stamp duties of transfers of certain stocks.31Where the payment of principal and interest on any stock issued on or after the day on which this section comes into operation by the Electricity Board for Northern Ireland or the Ulster Transport Authority is guaranteed by the Ministry of Finance, transfers of that stock shall be exempt from all stamp duties.Subs.
