The expression “land”F2 includes any such land or lands, easements, rights, buildings or other properties as the local authority has power to acquire under section ten of the Local Government (Ireland) Act, 1898 M1 , or section two hundred and two of the Public Health (Ireland) Act, 1878 , as the case may be:

The expression “prescribed” means prescribed by regulations made by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
