Proceedings in respect of an offence against this Act or any regulations made under this Act may, without prejudice to any other manner of proceeding authorised by the Summary Jurisdiction (Ireland) Acts, be brought before and determined by any court of summary jurisdiction within the jurisdiction of which any part of the Stormont Estate is situate.
