As from such dayF2 as the Governor of Northern Ireland may by Order in the Privy Council of Northern Ireland appoint, the public service in connection with the Ordnance Survey in Northern Ireland shall be transferred from the Ministry of Agriculture to the Ministry of Finance, and the last-mentioned Ministry shall be the department of the Government of Northern Ireland for the administration of that service.
