1930 CHAPTER 14

An Act to amend the Education Acts (Northern Ireland), 1923 and 1925, and for purposes connected therewith.

[17th June 1930]

The Act has been repealed with a saving for section 10 in so far as that section provides for repayment to the Department of Education of moneys paid to a voluntary school if the school should cease to be carried on as such (see 1986 NI 3 art.16(4)(c)).
