The Act has been repealed subject to a saving for section 3 (application of Documentary Evidence Acts) in relation to any statutory rule within the meaning of the Act (including any rule which was deemed to be such a rule by virtue of section 4(1) of the Northern Ireland Act 1955) made before 1.1.1959 (see 1979 NI 12 art.11(3)).
