There shall be paid from time to time out of moneys provided by Parliament all such sums as may be required in respect of any charges on the Irish Church Temporalities Fund which, if and so far as not paid, would be made good by means of deductions from sums payable to the Exchequer of Northern Ireland in respect of the Irish residuary share of reserved taxes.
