SCHEDULE 1 E+W MINOR AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS RELATING TO PART 2

Freedom of Information Act 2000 (c. 36) E+W

1 E+W Part 6 of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 is amended as follows—

(a) omit “The National Assembly for Wales Remuneration Board”;

(b) in the appropriate place insert “ The Independent Remuneration Board of the Senedd ”.
