5 Equal status of Welsh and English language texts E+W

(1) This section applies where an [F1 Act of Senedd Cymru] is enacted, or a Welsh subordinate instrument is made, in Welsh and English.

(2) The Welsh language text and the English language text have equal status for all purposes.
