43Regulations made under this Act

(1)

A power to make regulations under this Act—

(a)

is exercisable by statutory instrument;

(b)

includes power to make different provision for different purposes.

(2)

A statutory instrument containing any of the following may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, F1Senedd Cymru—

(a)

regulations under section 6(2);

(b)

regulations under section 42(1) which amend, repeal or otherwise modify any provision in an F2Act of Senedd Cymru, an Assembly Measure or an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.

(3)

Any other statutory instrument containing regulations made under section 42(1) is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of F3Senedd Cymru.
