10 References to time of day E+W

A reference to the time of day in an [F1 Act of Senedd Cymru] or a Welsh subordinate instrument is a reference to Greenwich mean time; but this is subject to section 3 of the Summer Time Act 1972 (c. 6) (points of time during the period of summer time).
