27 In section 177 (further consideration of representations), in subsection (4)(a)—

(a) for “the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act 2005” substitute “the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act 2019”;

(b) for “section 2(3)” substitute “section 3(3)”.
