12Supplementary provision about regulations under this Act

(1)

Any power to make regulations under this Act is exercisable by statutory instrument, and includes power to—

(a)

confer a discretion on any person,

(b)

make different provision for different purposes or areas, and

(c)

make consequential, incidental, supplementary, transitory, transitional or saving provision.

(2)

A statutory instrument containing regulations under this Act may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the National Assembly for Wales.
